How do I pick the right size?

We offer a 60-day trial on all our products. During this trial period, we encourage you to move in them, sweat in them, and put them to the test. If you're not satisfied, we will offer you a full refund.

What is your return policy?

Canada & US Shipping Policy 
We offer free standard shipping on all products to Canada & US. We also offer express shipping at an additional fee. Please expect anywhere from 6-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-5 business days for express shipping. Please note that processing takes an additional 1-2 business days.

Global Shipping
While we hope to ship our products elsewhere in the future, at this time we do not sell internationally.

What is your shipping policy?

All Stoko products provide the same medical-grade bracing support, leveraging our Stoko Support System technology. It is really up to your personal preference what style would suit you the best!

Ski & Snow:  K1 Summit is engineered to deliver support and warmth. It was designed for snow sports, such as: skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing.

All-Purpose: K1 Flux is engineered to deliver support in a variety of activities and is our most recommended product for all-around use. From everyday activity to court sports to golf, the K1 Flux can do it all while also keeping you cool with knitted ventilation.

Run & Hike: K1 Tempo is engineered to deliver support and keep you cool in warm environments, such as: running, hiking, and training.

How do your products compare to one another?

The K1 provides comparable support to many traditional knee braces by integrating 90 feet of high-strength cables directly into the fabric. The two dials in the waistband allow you to adjust the support in each leg on the fly. The result is increased stability and freedom to move with medical-grade support that inspires confidence.

All our products are intended for stabilization, support, and protection of the knee. They are indicated for:
Knee pain
Knee instability
Knee ligament instabilities (including ACL, MCL, LCL, and PCL)
Knee strains and sprains
Knee Osteoarthritis*
Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS)
We do have a number of customers with injuries and conditions outside of this list who find the K1s provide what they need. We suggest talking to your medical professional and directing them to this page to discuss how our products might benefit your unique needs.

*The K1 is not an unloader brace but instead, will provide general stability to support Knee Osteoarthritis. If an unloader brace is what you have been recommended for your specific knee issue we can not recommend that the K1 will benefit your unique needs.

How does the technology work?

Stoko products are eligible for reimbursement through Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) and Flex Benefit Plans by all Canadian insurers, as well as some carriers in the U.S. As for general benefits plans, our customers have experienced many cases of reimbursement but coverage is dependent on the insurer as benefit plans vary. We recommend reviewing the details of knee brace coverage in your unique benefits plan to determine exactly what and how much is covered. It is important to note that our products do not include any rigid materials, which is often a requirement for third-party benefit providers. If you’re still unclear about your personal coverage, reach out to your provider to get more information.
