Job Description:

As part of our BCMC Team, you can expect your roles and responsibilities to include:

Athlete Services + Communications

  • Serve as the main point of contact to answer athlete inquiries across all channels, including email, phone, social media, livechat, as well as direct athletes inquiries to the right stakeholder
  • Manage Stoko's athlete response database and identify trends and compile FAQs in order to improve internal processes, create efficiency and drive athlete satisfaction
  • Assist Community Programs Specialist with the management of Stoko's product tester, ambassador, and MEDPro funnels, ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Assist BCMC Team with Stoko athlete outreach in order to drive athlete satisfaction and success
  • Assist departments with product seeding and order processing through ShipStation
  • Work with the Operations Team to manage and track product returns, exchanges, and warranties
Reporting + Metrics
  • Manage data transfer and entry on CRM platform to accurately capture athlete feedback and communications
  • Work closely with Community Programs Specialist to update the internal athlete service flow and implement changes as necessary
  • Assist Community Program Specialist in capturing athlete feedback trends, FAQs and relevant reporting metrics for the monthly Athlete Service Report
  • Assist Community Program Specialist with ongoing projects pertaining to BCMC needs
  • Provide out of office and vacation support to the BCMC team

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • 2-5 years of work experience in a customer service role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Enthusiasm for lifelong learning, problem-solving, and stepping out of your comfort zone.
